So on to planning the next step . . . LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Because we are in the Indianapolis area, the variety of options feels almost endless! You have so much to choose from so that your session is the perfect fit for YOU!
Many of our maternity sessions take place in the downtown area of Indianapolis. If you desire a city and urban feel to your photos, downtown Indianapolis provides a wide variety of different backdrops to choose from. Within just two to three blocks from one spot to the next, the look of the city changes and provides so much uniqueness. We will discuss exactly what you desire and we will make it happen in just the perfect setting for you!
The White River Canal is a beautiful piece of downtown Indianapolis and allows several unique backdrops that can include the skyline of the city and the accent of the beautiful water of the canal and the White River.
Indianapolis provides the unique option of being downtown with all the city and urban feel and within a fifteen to twenty minute drive you can be out in the country with beautiful barns and cornfields. In the fall there are apple orchards around Indianapolis that are a beautiful backdrop for a maternity session!
Another wonderful feature of the Indianapolis area is a wide variety of parks and nature settings that provide backdrops with beautiful tree lines, fields of textures and flowers and creeks in which to wade.
Indianapolis also has many suburbs just outside the city that each provide their own unique backdrop. Areas such as Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Beech Grove, Shelbyville, Franklin, and Greenwood are all possible locations that we can discuss as options for you.
